Are you ready to explore leadership as a real-life skill – not a title, but something you practise every day?
Leadership Quest is an international Erasmus+ learning experience designed for young people and youth leaders who want to build self-awareness, confidence, teamwork, and future-ready skills through hands-on, non-formal education.
We are currently looking for:
- 3 young people (aged 16–25)
- 2 group leaders (18+) who will travel with the group to Bauska, Latvia, for an international training activity.
Young participants will work alongside peers from Latvia and Czechia, taking part in interactive workshops, creative activities, and discussions focused on leadership, values, and active participation.
What is Leadership Quest?
Leadership Quest is an Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnership project (2026) bringing together organisations from Latvia, Malta, and the Czech Republic. The project explores leadership as a practical life skill that supports active citizenship, inclusion, and personal responsibility.
At the core of the project is the Territory Mapping methodology, combined with the development of an innovative Leadership Card Deck for use in youth work, education, and community settings.

Special role: Group Leader (18+)
The selected leader will:
- Travel with the Maltese group to Latvia
- Take part fully in the international training
- Receive an official certification in Territory Mapping methodology, recognising their competence to use and apply the method in youth work and educational contexts
This is a strong professional development opportunity for youth workers, educators, facilitators, or active volunteers.
Provisional Programme Dates
📍 Bauska, Latvia
✈️ Travel dates: 12–17 April
- 12 April – Arrival
- 13–14 April – Territory Mapping training workshops
