Proutist Universal Malta (PU Malta) is a non-governmental social service organisation guided by the principles of Prout (Progressive Utilisation Theory), working for the well-being and happiness of all.
Its mission is to advance educational, cultural, and philanthropic initiatives that ensure the basic needs of people of all ages are met: children, young people, and the elderly. The organisation raises public awareness about building a unified global society founded on universal welfare. PU Malta envisions a world in which everyone has access to life’s essentials, can fully develop their innate potential, and benefits from the fair and rational use of the planet’s resources. It also promotes economic self-sufficiency, ethical values, and the protection of local language and culture.
