FAME: Training Course for Leaders in Sweden
🎯Strengthen Your NGO’s Financial and Marketing Strategy - in True Swedish Winter Style
Are you ready to take a step back, recharge, and work on your organisation instead of in it?
This December, join a select group of NGO leaders, managers, and media professionals for a 4-day immersive training course designed to help you future-proof your organisation’s financial and marketing strategies — all while enjoying authentic Swedish Christmas magic.
The FAME Training Course – “Unlocking Financial & Marketing Strategies” will equip you with the tools to grow your NGO sustainably, build visibility, and create a long-term impact in your community.
Unlock Your Organisation’s Future
📅 10–15 December 2025 | 📍Kopparberg, Sweden
Hosted by: Awesome People (Sweden) in partnership with Projekta Malta
Part of the Erasmus+ Programme FAME
🌍Why Sweden?
Held in Kopparberg, a quiet village surrounded by forests and lakes in central Sweden, this retreat combines professional growth with relaxation and connection. Imagine sharing insights over warm FIKA coffee breaks, walking through snow-covered paths, and experiencing Swedish Christmas traditions – while reflecting on your NGO’s next big leap.
💼 What You’ll Learn
You’ll work hands-on with the brand-new Financial and Marketing Strategies for Youth NGOs Guide – a 150-page practical manual full of real examples, ready-to-use templates, and case studies developed through the Erasmus+ project “Unlock Cross-sectoral Cooperation” by Awesome People (Sweden) and Projekta Malta.
By the end of this course, you will:
Understand how to create a sustainable financial plan for your NGO.
Learn marketing techniques that truly connect with your audience.
Develop your own strategy for 2026 with expert guidance.
Gain access to digital tools and templates for your organisation.
Build lasting international partnerships with fellow NGO leaders.
No accounting or marketing degree required – just motivation and a willingness to grow!
🤝 Small Group, Big Impact
With only 12 participants, the FAME training is intentionally intimate. This allows for real dialogue, personal mentoring, and space to co-create future Erasmus+ collaborations. Expect a mix of:
Practical workshops and strategy labs
Peer learning and exchange sessions
Individual coaching time
Cultural experiences and community dinners
You’ll leave not only with a clear plan for your organisation’s next year – but also with new European partners and friends.
