PRO – Project Readiness for Erasmus+ Organisations is a 6-day training course designed to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations to design, implement and manage high-quality Erasmus+ projects. The course is based on the Erasmus+ KA1 Playbook, a practical guide developed from more than 10 years of hands-on experience with Erasmus+ projects.
Through interactive sessions, participants will explore the full lifecycle of Erasmus+ projects: from identifying needs and designing meaningful project ideas to managing partnerships, budgeting, implementing activities, and ensuring quality, visibility and long-term impact.
The training combines theory with practical exercises where participants work step-by-step on developing their own Erasmus+ structure while learning how to use concrete tools such as templates, checklists and planning frameworks from the Playbook.
The course is organised by Awesome People, a Swedish youth organisation with extensive experience in Erasmus+. Through its Erasmus+ accreditation, the organisation currently implements around 10 Erasmus+ projects/year, including youth exchanges and training courses.
By the end of the training, participants will have a clearer understanding of how to structure high-quality Erasmus+ projects and will leave with practical tools and increased confidence to coordinate and implement their own initiatives.
