About Kultura:

Kultura is an informal youth group made up of young people with experience in local and international youth activities and non-formal learning. The group developed from sharing experiences in youth exchanges and local projects, inspiring peers who had not previously participated in such opportunities to explore similar activities. Informal discussions, idea sessions, and peer sharing helped shape the group and attract members interested in youth engagement.

Members contribute to idea development, activity evaluation, and discussions on how to maintain interest and engagement among young participants. These experiences have helped build understanding of non-formal learning methods, youth participation, and the importance of creating learning opportunities that feel relevant and accessible. Several members have supported workshop design and activity planning, gaining practical insight into how youth activities are organised and facilitated, including group work, icebreakers, role-play, reflection sessions, and peer-to-peer learning.

Members have contributed through previous youth initiatives, informing the group’s approach to planning and decision-making. Roles and responsibilities are shared among members according to individual strengths and interests, supporting a collaborative, youth-led working culture. The group draws on these experiences to support youth participation and engagement in meaningful, practical ways.
