Mindful Moves is an Erasmus+ Training Course where dance becomes a practical tool for mental well-being –
no therapy talk or lectures just movement that actually changes how you feel. 💃
For eight days in the mountains of Cercedilla (Madrid), you’ll train across different styles, explore freestyle,
and learn simple, repeatable techniques to reset stress, boost confidence, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re a beginner or a professional dancer, this is for people who want more than choreography:
