This internal meet-up brings together Projekta Malta’s past participants who continue to volunteer with us, creating a space to look back, reconnect, and shape what’s next. Participants will share which activities and projects had the biggest impact on them, and will also help spread the word about our latest youth exchange by sharing their experiences and outcomes. Together, they’ll explore new ideas they would genuinely like to see happen, including hands-on input for our upcoming local youth exchange, Youth Reboot: https://erasmus.mt/event/youth-reboot/.
Along the way, participants will learn what it really takes to lead and facilitate a full project, from planning to delivery. Different roles will be available to match different skills and interests, with inclusion at the core. Building confidence, strengthening existing skills, and learning new ones is a key priority of this meet-up.
