Junior Achievement (JA) Malta is a leading non-profit organisation empowering young people to build their future with confidence, creativity, and purpose. As part of JA Worldwide – one of the largest and most impactful youth-serving NGOs globally — JA Malta has been at the forefront of entrepreneurship and life-skills education for over 30 years. Its mission is to equip young people with the mindset, skills, and hands-on experience they need to thrive in work and life, turning potential into real opportunities.

Through experiential learning, JA Malta connects education with the world of work. Its programmes help young people develop entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy, and digital skills — empowering them to think critically, take initiative, and create value in their communities.
