Youth Worker Mobilities
What’s a Youth Worker Mobility?
Youth Worker Mobilities are training or networking projects for youth workers, group leaders, volunteers, NGO staff, and anyone actively involved in supporting young people.
These projects are not about being a “teacher” or sitting through long lectures.
They’re interactive, hands-on learning spaces designed to help you develop new tools, methods, and approaches to use with young people, and to connect with others doing similar work across Europe.
In a Youth Worker Mobility you might join:
- International training courses
- Study visits to see how others work
- Partnership-building or networking activities
- Job shadowing or practice-based exchanges
Each mobility focuses on a topic that matters: youth participation, inclusion, mental health, digital tools, environment, and more.
Who can take part?
You can apply if:
- You’re 18+ and involved in youth work
- You want to learn, share, and collaborate with others
- You don’t need to be full-time staff. Volunteers, freelancers, and part-time youth workers are welcome too
Experience matters, but passion and commitment are just as important. Whether you’re new or experienced, this space is for learning by doing.
